Bird's nest is a nest constructed by the mixed bonding of saliva and plumage secreted by several species of Swift. 燕窝进口对企业资质要求，对国外供货商要求也比较高，进口企业要有自动进口许可证（如没有，想进口则只能找到专业的进口报关公司），国外供应商的工厂必须在华注册，且只能是在中国截至2015年9月，获得我国进口注册的16家马来西亚燕窝企业，6家印尼燕窝加工企业，1家泰国燕窝加工企业。

燕窝进口报关时的进口税率

1.燕窝进口关税:25% (关税:CIF×25%);

2.燕窝进口增值税:17% (增值税:(CIF+关税额)×17%);

3.所征收的税项，以人民币交纳。

经营单位需要资质:

1.经营食品营业执照

2.食品卫生许可证

进口基本程序是:

前期准备

1.进出口公司应在当地检验检疫机构办理进口食品收货人备案,

2.按网上审批申办进境动植物产品检疫许可证,

3.获批许可证后即可组织货源进口,

货物到港:

1货物到达口岸后需按照《出入境检验检疫报检规定》及其他有关规定进行报检,

2受理报检时应要求进口企业提交以下单证:

1. 适用该批货物的进境动植物产品检疫许可证;

2. 输出国家或地区官方的检疫证书正本;

3. 贸易合同、信用证、**、装箱单、提单等;收发货人备案号和截图,燕屋备案号截图

4. 其他按照要求应提供的单证,如产地证、卫生证、兽医局卫生证等;口岸检验检疫机构报检报关:

审核以上单证符合要求的,核销检疫许可证,出具通关单。

不符合要求的 不予受理报检。经口岸现场检验检疫符合要求的,按规定抽取样品,向货主或其代理人出具《抽/采样凭证》。

燕窝进口报关流程：

Bird's nest import declaration process:

1.燕窝的进口到岸手续是先商检后海关。假如商检未过，货物不准入关，要被退回。

1. The formalities of import and landing of bird's nest are commodity inspection before customs. If the inspection fails, the goods will not be admitted to customs and will be returned.

2.商检要在货物监管区对所申报货物进行核对：包装是否符合标准，中文注册商标是否完备。

2. Commodity Inspection shall check the declared goods in the Goods Regulatory Zone: whether the packaging meets the standards and whether the Chinese registered trademark is complete.

3.要对货物文件进行审核，包括出口国出具的卫生*证、产地 、质量保证书等等。

3. Cargo documents should be audited, including health immunization certificates issued by the exporting country, origin, quality assurance certificates and so on.

4.以“托”来打包包装的，如果是采用木托，还必须审核出口国出具的“熏蒸证明”。

5.对货物进行抽检。一般是按货物总数 的千分之一进行抽检。检验是否符合国家进口燕窝卫生标准，另外剩余的抽检样品备存。
